CHA CHA CHA CHIA: The New MUST eat Superfood

Cha Cha Cha Chi! I remember I loved these catchy commercials where you could buy a pet plant and watch it grow. Cha Cha Cha Chia! That song would be ringing in my ears day in and day out. I was recently reminded of my old chia pets when I was introduced  to a phenomenal new superfood called: Chia Seeds.

I spoke with Dan Gluck, one of the creators behind “Healthy Warrior Chia Seeds”. Dan discovered the power of the Chia seed after reading about the Tarahumara Indians in the book “Born To Run”. Known for their superhuman endurance and fitness levels, the Tarahumara Indians secret source of energy was the chia seed. Out of curiosity, Dan started to add the chia seed to his diet and discovered instant results such as increased energy, digestion, focus, and endurance. I’ve added the Chia seed to my morning routine. Adding 2 tasteless tablespoons to my oatmeal gives the grains a slight crunchy texture filled with omega 3′s. Maybe it’s mind over matter, but I can definitely say that my focus and energy has consistently improved.
