As your relaxing and catching some rays you place an order for you favorite summer cocktail: Pina Colada. A frothy coconut Pina Colada is deliciously refreshing, but is loaded with calories with 700 in a single serving! That’s more calories than a Big Mac in just one glass! Keep drinking these all summer and well you can imagine how your itsy bitsy bikini will fit.
However, you can still get you Pina Colada fix with my delicious and nutritious recipe below which also prevents belly-bloating with the secret ingredient: Greek Yogurt!
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup stevia
- 4 oz coconut water (plain or pineapple-flavored)
- 4 oz regular or coconut-flavored rum
- 4 oz light coconut milk
- 4 wedges fresh pineapple
In a food processor, blend all ingredients. Divide evenly among 4 glasses; garnish each with 1 pineapple wedge.
